PROJECT: Live Nation 2022 and 2023

BACKGROUND: Live Nation asked Snap and Arcadia to help fans spend less time navigating music festivals and more time soaking up the concert experience – no matter the time of day and even with limited network connectivity. Our goal was to provide convenience for fans and enable them to create memorable experiences with their friends – and ultimately create a new industry standard.

ROLE: I coordinated our collaboration with Live Nation to transform the festival experience using augmented reality as the solution. I led a team of developers and creatives to create innovative AR tools for navigating festivals, connecting with friends, and planning experiences. I helped launch the partnership at EDC Las Vegas in 2022 then paved the way for expansion to over 20 global festivals. I also managed our partnership with Live Nation and individual festival organizers, serving as the primary liaison for comms, marketing, execution and launch.
